Join a leading retail company as a customer service associate, where you'll be the first and last point of contact for customers. Your role involves greeting customers, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean environment. Enjoy competitive pay, performance incentives, and a range of health and financial benefits.
You play a major role in how our customers feel when they leave the store. You might be the first, last, and sometimes only associate a customer interacts with. That's why it's so important to smile, greet, and thank every customer. You are an ambassador of Walmart.
The pace can be intense, especially in the evenings, weekends, and holiday seasons. There are times when you must juggle several tasks in a short amount of time while helping customers: scan items, explain a price, bag items properly, count cash back, and keep your area clean— you get the idea!
It takes a special person who is positive, can multi-task, and has a passion for customer service and helping others.
At Walmart, we offer competitive pay, performance-based incentive awards, and other benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Health benefits include medical, vision, and dental coverage. Financial benefits include 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting. Other benefits include short-term and long-term disability, company discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more.
You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes. The amount you receive depends on your job classification and length of employment. It will meet or exceed the requirements of paid sick leave laws, where applicable. For information about PTO, see https://one.walmart.com/notices.
