Job Summary: Operates POS system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties:

1. Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts. Assist with catering orders.
2. Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
3. Perform general cleaning; dispose of trash properly.
4. Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
5. Handle cash accurately, maintain receipts, and make deposits at shift end.
6. Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
7. Set up serving line, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if needed.
8. Serve hot and cold items to customers.
9. Prepare items for purchase daily.
10. Keep refrigerator stocked and food rotated using FIFO.
11. Stock pantry items, record replenishments, and monitor refrigerator temperatures daily.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
