Job Title: CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER (Part-Time)

We are hiring immediately for a part-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER position at Morrison Healthcare, located at Ballad Health Bristol Regional Medical Center, 1 Medical Park Boulevard, Bristol, TN 37620. Online applications are accepted only.

Job Summary

Operate Point of Sale system, assist the Chef, prepare coffee, and maintain cleanliness at the coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts. Assist with catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
• Perform general cleaning duties, including trash removal.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, maintain receipts, and make deposits at shift end.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if temperatures are not within acceptable ranges.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for daily purchase and ensure refrigerator stock and product rotation using FIFO.
• Record replenishments and refrigerator temperatures daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
