• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.
• Location: Charter House - Mayo Clinic Retirement Living - 211 Second Street, Rochester, MN 55905. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time shifts available, including mornings and evenings. Weekends required. More details provided during interview.
• Requirement: Prior cash handling and food preparation experience preferred.
• Pay Range: $18.25 to $19.25 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Operates POS system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness at stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts, including catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness, including trash removal.
• Provide service across retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, make deposits, and maintain receipts.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies and food items.
• Set up serving lines, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if issues arise.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for sale daily, stock and rotate refrigerator products, and record temperature logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
