Job Summary

Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts. Help with catering orders.
2. Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
3. Perform cleaning duties; remove trash to designated areas.
4. Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
5. Handle cashiering accurately, maintain cash accuracy, and make deposits at shift end.
6. Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
7. Set up serving line, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks if out of range.
8. Serve hot and cold items to customers.
9. Prepare items for purchase daily.
10. Stock refrigerator and rotate products using FIFO.
11. Maintain pantry levels, record replenishments, and monitor refrigerator temperatures.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
