Job Opportunity: Cashier/Food Service Worker at Morrison Healthcare

We are hiring immediately for a full-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER position at Morrison Healthcare.

Location: UChicago Medicine Advent Health LaGrange - 5101 Willow Springs Road, La Grange, IL 60525. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, days may vary from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Additional details provided during interview.

Requirements: Previous customer service experience and a food handler's card are preferred but not required. Training will be provided!

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour.

Job Summary

The role involves operating the Point of Sale system, assisting the Chef, preparing coffee, and maintaining cleanliness at the coffee and cashier stations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing various foods and catering orders.
• Handle cashier duties using the POS system.
• Perform cleaning tasks and manage trash disposal.
• Provide service across retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Maintain cash accuracy, handle deposits, and record transactions.
• Manage inventory and restock supplies.
• Set up the serving line, monitor food temperatures, and serve items to customers.
• Ensure refrigerator stock rotation and proper storage of food items.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
