Job Opening: Cashier / Food Service Worker

Location: Edwards Life Sciences - 1462 Alton Parkway, Irvine, CA 92614

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 10:00 am to 6:30 pm

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Requirements: A valid ServSafe certification is preferred

Job Summary

Operate Point of Sale system, assist the Chef, prepare coffee, and maintain cleanliness of the coffee and cashier stations.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in preparing food items and catering orders.
2. Handle cashier duties using POS system.
3. Perform cleaning duties and trash removal.
4. Provide customer service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
5. Maintain cash accuracy and handle deposits.
6. Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
7. Set up serving line, monitor food temperatures, and notify cooks of issues.
8. Serve hot and cold items to customers.
9. Prepare items for sale daily, stock and rotate refrigerator products.
10. Record temperatures and replenishments on floor stock forms.
11. Perform additional duties as assigned.
