We are hiring immediately for full-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER positions.

Location: Advent Health Bolingbrook - 500 Remington Boulevard, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred. Monday through Friday, hours may vary; rotating weekends and holidays included. More details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous cash handling experience is preferred.

Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Operates Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness of coffee and cashier stations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts. Assist with catering orders.
• Perform cashier duties using the POS system.
• Perform general cleaning duties; remove trash to designated areas.
• Provide service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Cashier according to procedures, maintain cash accuracy, and make deposits at shift end.
• Inventory and restock supplies and food products.
• Set up serving line, ensure food temperatures are within acceptable ranges, notify cooks if not.
• Serve hot and cold items to customers.
• Prepare items for purchase daily.
• Stock refrigerator and rotate products using FIFO.
• Maintain pantry par levels, record replenishments, and monitor refrigerator temperatures daily.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
