Job summary

Flik Hospitality Group in Fair Lawn, NJ is seeking a full-time CASHIER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER. You will operate the POS, assist the Chef, and keep stations clean while serving guests with courtesy and efficiency.

The role prefers prior grill cooking experience and offers a 5:00 am–2:00 pm schedule Monday through Friday. Pay ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, with online applications accepted only. Willing to train and opportunities for internal referrals are available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Point of Sale system and handling cash.
• Customer-service oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in food preparation or grill cooking is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates Point of Sale system and handles cashier duties.
• Assists the Chef and prepares coffee; keeps coffee and cashier stations clean.
• Helps prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, and desserts; assists catering orders.
• Provides service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Sets up serving line and ensures proper food temperatures are recorded.
