Job summary

Taziki's Café is a fast-casual restaurant brand with more than 90 locations. We’re hiring friendly team members to create a positive guest experience and share our Mediterranean-inspired menu.

Experience is welcome but not required—we train and support growth. You’ll learn the menu, operate the POS, and uphold health standards while delivering exceptional hospitality in a fast-paced setting. Free meals on shift are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Experience is helpful but not required—we will train you.
• Energetic, ready to learn, and loves fresh food.
• Good communication and hospitality skills.
• Ability to work with passion and urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Being a Taziki’s Ambassador to guests for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture.
• Placing orders for guests and delivering them to dining or pickup areas.
• Understanding and using POS (point of sale register).
• Following proper cash handling and payment procedures.
• Maintaining Health Department Standards throughout each shift.
• Following proper Alcohol Handling policies and procedures.
• Performing shift-side work including opening and closing duties.

Your Working Conditions/ Hours:

A typical work day at Taziki’s may look like:

• Morning shift - 9am - 4pm
• Evenings - 4pm - 10pm
• Weekends- when applicable

Holidays - when applicable (CLOSED Thanksgiving & Christmas)

• Hours will vary by store.
