Job summary

The GIANT Company is hiring for a part-time retail associate at our Philadelphia location. You will greet customers, operate the register, and assist with front-end duties while maintaining a clean, organized store environment.

You will support restocking, handle cash transactions, and help customers quickly and accurately while following store policies and safety procedures. This role emphasizes teamwork and reliable attendance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely and meet performance standards including regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at the start of the shift.
• Block aisles, set up checkout areas, and set up displays as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Tally items, take money, and make change.
• Bag items and place them into carts as necessary.
