Job summary

The Social Order Dining Collective is hiring a friendly cashier to greet guests, take orders, and process payments in a fast-paced environment. The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong communication, and teamwork to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Based at our Oklahoma location, a daytime shift schedule including weekends and holidays is required. Prior serving experience is welcome but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, taking their orders and answering any questions they may have about the menu
• Ensure accuracy in order-taking and timely delivery of food and drinks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and dining room
• Process payments and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
• Provide excellent customer service, going above and beyond to make sure each guest has a memorable experience
• Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
