Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Massachusetts is looking for Team Members to process member purchases, verify renewals, upgrade memberships, scan merchandise, and accept various forms of payment with a friendly, efficient approach. The role keeps the front-line area clean and welcoming for every member.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills preferred.
• Prior cashier or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits understanding of all BJ’s Membership options, including renewals and upgrades.
• Provides a high level of customer service to Members.
• Operates the point-of-sale system and processes payments.
• Maintains the cleanliness of the frontline area.
• Works with the team to meet cashier productivity expectations.
• Supports in general club housekeeping and other duties as assigned.
