Job summary

Meijer Inc. is seeking a Customer Service oriented Cashier for on-site work in Michigan. You’ll deliver efficient, friendly checkout experiences and handle transactions with accuracy while assisting customers in a fast-paced environment.

Weekend availability is required. No prior retail experience is necessary, but a positive attitude and ease with technology will help you succeed and grow with our team.

As a Cashier, you are the last touchpoint a customer has before leaving our store.

What You Bring:

• You’re 18 years of age or older
• You enjoy working with people and providing great service
• You’re comfortable learning and using technology

• You’re dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to help
• Previous retail or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• You have the ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods
