As a Cashier, you are responsible for customer service and sales, including maintaining checkout standards, assisting with general operations such as Omnichannel, recovery, and inventory, and upholding safety and performance standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service & Sales: Greet and assist customers, demonstrate positive behaviors, support sales programs, and resolve issues efficiently.
  2. Checkout Standards: Process transactions, assist with merchandising at checkouts, and support line management using POS devices.
  3. General Operations: Support Omnichannel efforts, recovery, put-backs, fitting room maintenance, and participate in inventory processes.
  4. Performance Standards: Support shrink and safety initiatives, meet role-specific performance metrics, and adhere to company programs.
