Your Role in Creating a Great Customer Experience

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation
• Process transactions efficiently using modern POS systems: cash, credit, debit, mobile payments
• Maintain a clean and organized store inside and out
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery, and other sales
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards, our loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency

Other Qualifications

• Walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching
• Ability to work in demanding circumstances including variable temperatures indoors and outdoors
