Position Summary

The Cashier is responsible for welcoming guests, helping them navigate the ordering process, ensuring their orders are complete and correct, and accepting payment.

Essential Functions

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and energetic greeting when they approach the counter.
• Pay careful attention to guests to ensure they understand the menu, how to order, and answer any questions they may have.
• Monitor the order and ask guests if they would like to add missing items such as drinks or fries to prevent return visits.
• Ensure guests verify their orders on the screen before processing payment.
• Accept and process payments accurately, thank guests, and direct them where to pick up their meal.
• Learn about the menu and answer guests' questions accurately, making recommendations when appropriate.
