Job Summary

The Cashier Level 1 is responsible for performing basic cashiering duties, including handling customer transactions, providing customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness of the checkout area. This position requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced but fun environment... It's Donuts after all :)

Key Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions efficiently.
• Provide friendly, prompt, and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with questions and product information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
• Bag customer purchases and assist with other light duties, as needed.
• Ensure accurate pricing and process returns or exchanges per company policy.
• Follow all cash handling procedures to prevent discrepancies.
• Support loss prevention efforts by adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Handle daily closing duties

Requirements

• Basic math and counting skills.
