Job summary

TravelCenters of America is hiring a Cashier II to join our store team. You will process transactions on a POS register, maintain a clean food and beverage area, and assist with stocking and merchandising.

We expect 2+ years of cashier experience, knowledge of POS systems, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays. The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced travel center environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of cashier experience preferred.
• Computer/POS knowledge required.
• Merchandising/stocking experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions on a POS register with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked food and beverage area.
• Assist with receiving product and stocking merchandise on planograms.
• Support training of lower-level cashiers on duties and responsibilities.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure guests return.
