Love's Travel Stops is hiring cashiers to join a fast-paced team. You will deliver fast, friendly, and accurate service, handle transactions, and support food safety for fresh items and deli products. This role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to cross-train across departments.

Qualifications

• General customer service duties including helping customers find items and answering questions about products and services.
• Balancing a cash register and handling transactions while following state and local laws.
• Ensuring proper food safety conditions of fresh food and deli products.
• Cleaning assigned areas, sales floor, restrooms, pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Cross training in Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
• Ability to move, lift 25+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate services for customers.
• Balance cash register transactions and upsell opportunities following laws.
• Maintain food safety for fresh food and deli products using appropriate procedures.
• Keep working areas, sales floor, restrooms, and pumps clean and orderly.
• Cross-train in other departments as needed and support leadership tasks.
