Job summary

GPM Investments LLC in Virginia is seeking reliable Sales Associates to keep our stores clean, inviting, and running smoothly for every customer. You will greet customers, operate the register, and help maintain compliance with age verification for lottery, cigarettes, and alcohol sales.

You’ll be responsible for stocking, cleaning, and safety, with opportunities to cross-train in deli and other departments. We offer weekly pay and flexible schedules, including full-time and part-time roles.

Qualifications

Retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and operate the register with speed and accuracy.
Handle lottery, cigarette, and alcohol sales in compliance with age verification and laws.
Upsell products to increase sales.
Keep the store clean inside and outside, including restrooms and pumps.
Stock shelves and displays to maintain fresh, attractive merchandise.
Cross-train in other departments as needed (e.g., deli).
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
Be a team player and support store operations.
