Base pay range

$16.50/hr - $18.00/hr

This position is located at the store in Plainview - 203 South Service Road.

The Cashier & Customer Service Associate primarily handles clerical duties and customer service within our retail showroom office, including:

• Providing excellent customer service both on the phone and in person.
• Heavy phone work - answering incoming calls and making outgoing calls to customers regarding the showroom business.
• Calling customers to confirm order status, delivery, and product service.
• Operating and balancing computerized cash registers.
• Data entry using the company's point of sale system and other programs to process sales and customer inquiries.

Must be flexible with hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role requires performing various office activities in a fast-paced team environment. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills. Cashier and computer experience are a plus.

Salary Range: $16.50-$18.00 per hour.
