Duties and Responsibilities

The individual in this position is expected to:

• Complete all training requirements, including Zaxby's Front of House Development Plan and hands-on stations training
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests
• Greet guests promptly and thank them upon departure
• Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items
• Accurately complete orders and guest transactions, enter orders into the POS system, accept payments, and maintain receipts
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment, including cleaning guest areas and maintaining equipment
• Stock supplies and keep work areas organized
• Prepare menu items according to standards, ensuring safety and sanitation
• Assist with kitchen tasks and other duties as assigned
• Complete tasks with a sense of urgency and follow all safety guidelines

Job Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week

Capability Requirements

• Occasionally stoop, bend, crouch, or climb, including ladders
