Job description

Scott Electric Company has a current opening at our Lawrenceville, PA branch for a Full-Time Cashier/Customer Service position Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Handling cash, check, debit, and credit transactions.
• Help balance and maintain the cash drawer daily.
• Help balance credit card transactions daily.
• Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Entering receipted material into the computer, and handling any discrepancies.
• Organize and process various transactions and paperwork.

Requirements:

• Good math skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Customer Service driven.
• Must have good communication skills.

Job Skills:

• Ability to prioritize & multitask.
• Possess good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Maintain composure in all situations while remaining focused and attention to detail.
• Able to adjust to changes and problem-solve.

• Able to accommodate customer needs in times of high call volumes.
