Nation's Best Holdings is seeking a Part-Time Cashier for our Dallas, TX location (Groom & Sons' Home Centers). The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, assisting customers, and processing transactions with accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of hardware/home improvement products. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, with a schedule that includes afternoons, evenings, and weekends in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of hardware, plumbing, electrical, paint, automotive, and lawn and garden products preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, greeting and assisting with their needs.
• Answers phone calls in a polite and timely manner, addressing inquiries and providing assistance.
• Assists customers in locating products and offering recommendations.
• Upsells and promotes items to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
• Follows company standards and procedures for efficient operations and cash handling.
• Processes checkouts accurately and efficiently, adhering to cash handling procedures.
