Qualifications

• Customer-facing role requiring a strong service orientation.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts.
• Previous retail or food service experience is a plus but not required.
• Comfort with using modern tools to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation.
• Process transactions efficiently using POS systems (cash, credit, debit, mobile payments).
• Maintain a clean and organized store—inside and out.
• Stock shelves and manage inventory to ensure customers find what they need.
• Follow safety and compliance regulations for tobacco, alcohol, lottery and other sales.
• Promote Duchess Crown Card Rewards loyalty program offering the best prices and offers to customers.
• Use technology to assist customers, track inventory, and improve efficiency.
• Other Qualifications include walking, standing, squatting, lifting, carrying, and reaching.
