Lowe's is seeking a part-time cashier to provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and help customers get great value at the register. You will assist in self-checkout, scan and bag items, and handle payments and exchanges with care.

Expect to engage with customers, answer questions, and support other departments as needed in a dynamic store environment. This role emphasizes service, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods of time.
• Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• Minimally lift 10lbs unassisted or over 15lbs with or without accommodation.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a cash register, payments, and exchanges.
