Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and answer questions about store operations, merchandise, and programs.
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to complete transactions.
• Inform customers about the Loyalty Rewards Program and help them enroll.
• Promote and encourage participation in Change Round Up to support the mission.
• Move merchandise from processing areas to the shop floor in a timely manner.
• Arrange new goods according to planograms and store layouts for consistent product flow.
• Maintain a full, clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store and restrooms; perform housekeeping duties.
• Report work incidents and injuries, and cooperate with loss prevention efforts.
