Qualifications

• Age 18+ required.
• Weekend and holiday availability.
• Able to stand for long periods, outdoors and indoors in all weather.
• Read/write/speak English proficiently.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Friendly demeanor and customer-focus.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Flexible to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Retail or customer service experience appreciated but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and operate the register with accuracy and speed.
• Become proficient in lottery, tobacco, and alcohol sales with proper age verification.
• Upsell customers to increase sales where appropriate.
• Keep store clean and safe inside and outside (restrooms, pumps, lot, entrances).
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays; ensure merchandise looks fresh.
• Maintain a clean and organized store and assist with other departments when needed.
• Cross-train in deli or other areas as required.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies.
• Be a team player and help wherever needed.
