Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers.
• Answer phone calls politely and address inquiries.
• Assist customers in locating products and offering recommendations.
• Process checkouts accurately with proper cash handling.
• Promote the Do It Best rewards program to foster loyalty.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Continuously learn product knowledge to identify selling opportunities.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
