Lowe’s is hiring a cashier to ensure every customer leaves the store with a positive experience. You’ll handle fast, friendly transactions, assist at self-checkout, and help with payments and exchanges while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Experience using a computer, including inputting and retrieving information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Proactively assist customers in the self-checkout area.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a cash register, payments and exchanges.
• Answer customer questions.
• Help maintain a clean, safe workstation.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
