Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic skills are required.
• Ability to stand and sit for prolonged periods.
• Experience using a computer, including inputting and retrieving information.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance when needed and follow lifting guidelines.
• Obtain sales-related licensure or registration if required by law in your state.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Proactively assist customers at the self-checkout area.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage a cash register, handle payments, and process exchanges.
• Answer customer questions and provide assistance as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, safe workstation and environment.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
