Primary Purpose Of Job

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
• Work and stand for up to eight hours.
• Read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds, including milk cartons and soft drink containers.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Tolerate exposure to cleaning products and sanitizing solutions.
• Clean windows and change gas price signs.
• Sweep, mop floors, dust shelves, and remove trash.
• Clean the parking lot and store grounds.
• Work in a cooler up to 45 minutes at 36-40°F.
• Work in a freezer up to 10 minutes at 0°F.
• Learn and work on a computer.

Work Hours

This hourly position's schedule is determined by store management, with no guaranteed hours. It can be full or part-time, and requires availability on any shift.

Must be 18 years old.

Perform similar or related duties as required.
