Primary Purpose Of Job

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

Duties And Responsibilities For This Position

• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
• Be able to work and stand for up to eight hours.
• Be able to read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds, including milk cartons and soft drink containers.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Tolerate exposure to cleaning products and sanitizing solutions.
• Clean all windows and change gas price signs.
• Sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, and remove trash, transporting it to outside bins.
• Clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Work in a cooler for up to 45 minutes at a time at 36-40°F.
• Work in a freezer for up to 10 minutes at a time at 0°F.
• Learn and work on a computer.

Work Hours

The CSR position is hourly. The schedule is determined by store management with no guaranteed hours. The position can be full-time or part-time, requiring availability for any shift.

Must be 18 years old.
