Primary Purpose Of Job

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for providing fast and friendly service to each customer.

Duties And Responsibilities For This Position

• Cooperate with and interact in a productive way with fellow employees.
• Work and stand for up to eight hours.
• Read, understand, write, and communicate in English.
• Perform mathematical calculations when completing store forms.
• Check identification and pricing of merchandise.
• Lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds, including milk cartons and soft drink containers.
• Stock shelves and coolers.
• Retrieve merchandise for customers.
• Handle exposure to cleaning products and sanitizing solutions.
• Clean windows and change gas price signs.
• Sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, remove and transport trash containers to outside bins.
• Clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Work in a cooler for up to 45 minutes at a time at 36-40°F.
• Work in a freezer for up to 10 minutes at a time at 0°F.
• Learn and work on a computer.

Work Hours

This hourly position's schedule will be determined by store management. Hours are not guaranteed and can be full or part-time, with shifts scheduled as needed.

Additional Duties

Perform similar or related duties as assigned.
