Knowledge & Skills

• Valid liquor license (if applicable)

Responsibilities

• Receive and process payments accurately via various methods
• Follow procedures for government assistance transactions
• Provide receipts and change accurately
• Operate cash registers, scanners, and check verification equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and professional appearance of the front end
• Resolve customer complaints professionally
• Adhere to health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Know store products, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively
• Operate and maintain equipment safely
• Meet or exceed productivity standards
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understand and comply with governmental regulations

Physical Requirements

• Reaching, twisting, lifting up to 10 lbs regularly
• Pushing/pulling carts, lifting up to 30 lbs occasionally
• Standing and walking for long periods
• Bending and squatting as needed
