• Starting pay is $15.00 per hour for a store associate. Experienced candidates may start at a higher rate.
• Additional $0.50 per hour for midnight to 6 a.m. shifts (see company policy upon accepting the position).
• Performance reviews are conducted as early as 90 days, with annual reviews thereafter.
• Health Insurance available within 90 days of employment.
• Benefits include Vacation Pay, Overtime pay over 40 hours, an Annual Bonus based on store profits, and Overtime pay for holiday work.

Job Responsibilities: The cashier performs duties in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service and store appearance. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Customer Service
• Operating cash register, managing cash, lottery tickets, cash cards, etc.
• Completing shift reports
• Cleaning (windows, floors, bathrooms, trash disposal)
• Stocking shelves and coolers
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Receiving and checking product deliveries
• Yard maintenance (sweeping, shoveling, painting, checking gas wells)
• Other tasks assigned by management
• Effective communication with associates and guests
• Accurate reading, writing, and counting for paperwork
• Wearing the required store uniform
• Availability for weekend, evening shifts, and holidays
• Reliable transportation required
• Attendance at mandatory meetings (e.g., T.A.M., sexual harassment training)
• Physical requirements include frequent bending, reaching, lifting (1-15 lbs), occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, reaching above shoulder height, and moving quickly around the store.
