Job Summary

The Concessions Cashier operates the Point of Sale system, assists the Chef, prepares coffee, and maintains cleanliness at the coffee and cashier stations. Responsibilities include:

• Helping prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts; assisting with catering orders.
• Performing cashier duties using the POS system.
• Performing general cleaning duties; removing trash and garbage.
• Providing service in retail areas, including cashiering and line serving.
• Maintaining cash accuracy, making deposits, and recording transactions.
• Inventory management: restocking supplies and food products.
• Setting up the serving line, ensuring food temperatures are within acceptable ranges, and notifying cooks if not.
• Serving hot and cold items to customers.
• Preparing items for purchase daily.
• Stocking refrigerators and rotating products using FIFO.
• Recording refrigerator temperatures and stock levels daily.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
