Marshall+Sterling in St. Croix, VI is seeking a Cashier to support daily financial operations and deliver excellent client service.

You’ll process payments, prepare deposits, post to the system, reconcile cash drawers, and assist with account inquiries under the Financial Manager’s guidance, collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness. This full-time role offers a salary of $37,500–$42,500, a robust benefits package, thirteen paid holidays, and an ESOP in a 100%

Qualifications

• College degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs.
• Experience with Vertafore a plus.
• Works effectively and relates well with others in a professional manner.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
• High level of organizational ability with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately prepare cash receipt for each payment received.
• Prepare daily bank deposits.
• Post deposit to automated agency system.
• Assist client with account balance inquiries.
• Maintain and reconcile cash drawer.
• Open, sort and distribute daily incoming mail.
• Provide support services to Financial Department as well as other projects as directed by the Financial Manager.

This role will be based out of Marshall+Sterling’s St Croix Office

We are looking for a Cashier to join our team in St. Croix, where you’ll play an important role in supporting daily financial operations and providing excellent service to our clients. You’ll process payments, maintain accurate records, prepare bank deposits, assist with account inquiries, and help keep our financial operations running smoothly.
