Job summary

Dandy is hiring TEAM Members for a fast and fun environment at our Mansfield, PA location. You will help guests with excellent customer service, handle cashier duties, and participate in food preparation, while keeping the store clean and well-stocked.

We offer perks like unlimited beverages, flexible scheduling, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company. No prior experience required, but helpful, and must be able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age.
• Experience in retail, cashier, food prep, or convenience store is a plus but not required. Dandy will help you learn.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform bending, reaching, and lifting of 10–50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Cashier Duties: Complete retail sales and register transactions accurately and efficiently as a clerk/cashier.
• Food Preparation: Prepare and serve quality food and beverage items while following proper food safety and preparation procedures.
