Homeland is seeking a friendly Food Clerk-Cashier to join our Hobart, Indiana store. This part-time, hourly position emphasizes fast checkout, excellent customer service, and keeping the front-end area tidy and well-stocked.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, handle coupons and payments, bag purchases, and follow store safety procedures. Prior experience helps, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in related field preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to operate cash register, scanner and scale.
