Job summary

Homeland is seeking a part-time Food Clerk-Cashier to greet customers and assist with purchases at the Moore, OK store. You will ring up items, operate the cash register, and help maintain a clean, organized front-end.

Responsibilities include processing payments, handling coupons and vouchers, and ensuring the safety of customers and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and ring out all customers politely.
• Process customer purchases quickly and accurately by operating an electronic cash register, scanner and scale.
• Clean register area by sweeping floors, cleaning check lanes, registers and scales.
• Prevent loss of money and merchandise by careful product handling and proper coupon/WIC processing.
• Ensure safety of self, customers and coworkers by following store safety rules and reporting hazards.
