Job description

About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Moo's & Brews, Beale AFB, CA. You will be scheduled to work anywhere from 0-40 hours per week; hours are not guaranteed. This position does not receive benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for greeting guests. Takes reservations and sets up tables for large groups. Informs guests of dinner specials. May be required to receive and submit initial patron drink orders. At the end of the meal, accepts the check from the customer, totals up the sale, and accepts payment, providing change as necessary. Payment may be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card.

At the end of each tour of duty, the incumbent clears the cash register, completes all supporting documentation and submits to supervisor. Elevates problems to supervisor for resolution.

Requirements & Education

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution. FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements. You must show proof the education credentials have been deemed to be at least equivalent to that gained in conventional U.S. education program.
