You’ll be responsible for processing transactions, balancing cash, and providing the best customer service.

COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $15.49. This is Aramark’s good faith estimate of the compensation as of the posting date.

Job Responsibilities

1. Accurately operate a register/POS and handle cash and credit card transactions.
2. Greet and assist customers, anticipating their needs.
3. Count, organize, and balance cash drawer; fill out cashier slip and make deposits.
4. Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
5. Understand merchandise for sale to assist customers and process transactions accurately.
6. Complete opening and closing procedures as assigned.
7. Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment during and after shifts.
8. Ensure products are stocked and replenish as needed.
9. Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without notice.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Previous cash handling experience preferred.
• Basic math and counting skills required.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Complete Food Handler and Alcohol Service trainings as required.

This role may involve physical activity such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
