Job summary

Carter Lumber in Niles, Ohio is seeking a full-time Cashier to deliver friendly, accurate service at the point of sale. You will process transactions, handle cash and cards, greet customers, and help maintain a positive shopping experience.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to resolve questions quickly. Prior customer service or sales experience and familiarity with building materials are preferred; training includes benefit eligibility after 30 days.
