Job summary

Star Nursery Nevada is looking for a friendly Cashier who will greet customers, ring up merchandise, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will help maintain a clean front end and assist with basic store duties to support a positive shopping environment.

A Cashier is an important member of our Star Nursery team. Often the first person a customer sees when entering our stores, our Cashiers ensure that final step of the Star Nursery shopping experience is efficient and pleasant. Our Cashiers accurately record the sale of merchandise for our customers while maintaining a great attitude and professional completion of the sale.

• Ring up customers
• Keep front end clean and stocked
• Answer telephones
• Straighten and dust merchandise
• Check for consistent pricing
• Sweep floors as needed
• Order/Make signs when necessary
• Pick up trash
• Face and restock shelves and end caps
• Other Duties as Assigned
