Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly, provide menu information, and assist with any questions they may have.
  • Accurately process orders and handle transactions, ensuring all payments are completed smoothly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including stocking supplies and keeping the area tidy.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely and accurate order delivery. Uphold food safety and quality standards, following all procedures to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Excellent customer service is essential. Cashiers should have strong interpersonal skills, be friendly, patient, and able to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Cashiers need to be accurate when processing transactions, handling cash, and recording sales. Attention to detail is crucial to avoid mistakes.
  • Familiarity with handling cash and using cash registers or point-of-sale (POS) systems is important. This includes knowing how to count money, provide correct change, and operate relevant equipment.
  • Cashiers need to be comfortable with basic math calculations, as they will be handling transactions, providing change, and reconciling discrepancies.
