Job Description

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
• Experience Desired: Prior experience in Grocery or related industries
• Education Desired: No High School diploma required
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 16 years old

Job Responsibilities

• Finalize sales and collect payment by totaling orders, deducting coupons, and accepting tender from guests.
• Resolve customer questions and concerns effectively.
• Maintain knowledge of all relevant service and business metrics.
• Assist in executing all company initiatives and programs.
• Provide exemplary customer service by ensuring orders are processed accurately.
• Finalize sales using the cash register in accordance with all company policies, including Point of Sale Procedures.
• Demonstrate active selling techniques.
• Handle products and equipment properly, following food safety and safety guidelines to ensure a safe shopping environment.
• Ensure sanitation regulations are met consistently.
• Participate in and promote an environment that embraces diversity, inclusion, and respect for team members, customers, vendors, and the community.
