Job Description

Handle all payment transactions for all foods, beverages, and products purchased in the restaurant outlets.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

• Familiarize yourself with daily happenings and inventory.
• Receive all checks from guests and process them to the proper payment method.
• Post all checks into the computer using the correct check number for reference and control purposes.
• Balance work with the computer.
• Assist in answering phones for outlets as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service from the moment the guest enters the outlet.
• Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by management or supervisor.
