Position Overview: Cashier
The Cashier is responsible for greeting, engaging, and interacting with all customers entering and exiting the facility. Responsibilities include cash handling, making correct change, and monitoring transactions for traffic entering/exiting.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers courteously and provide excellent service
- Collect parking fees and give correct change
- Handle different types of parkers (tenants, visitors, employees, administration)
- Answer questions about the surroundings and building
- Complete daily reports
- Assist with staffing during peak hours
- Communicate with management and traffic directors
- Address customer inquiries professionally
- Manage traffic flow during equipment failure or construction
- Demonstrate urgency and seek improvements
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and cash handling experience
- Parking industry experience is a plus
- Flexible, able to work at multiple locations
- Ability to handle emotionally charged situations
- Proficient in English
- Decision-making skills and independence
Physical Requirements:
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Lift, push, or pull at least 25 pounds
- Stand, walk, and run for extended periods
- Bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently
